All payments are processed exclusively through our registered business account with NMB Bank Tanzania.

We do not accept payments to private or personal accounts under any circumstances.

• TZS (Tanzanian Shilling)

The applicable currency will be clearly stated on your official invoice.

4. Payment Instructions

• Issued only after written booking confirmation
• Provided via formal invoice
• Sent from our official company email domain

For security reasons, full bank details are not published on our website.

5. Deposit & Final Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your safari booking. The remaining balance must be settled as final payment before travel.

• Deposit and final deadlines are stated on your invoice
• All payments must include your booking reference
• Late payment may affect lodge availability

6. Fraud Prevention & Security

• Bank details will never change without formal written confirmation
• We will never request account changes via informal message
• High-value payments may require verification confirmation

If you receive suspicious payment instructions, please contact us immediately before making any transfer.

7. Payment Confirmation

Upon receipt of funds, a confirmation will be issued and your booking status updated accordingly.

8. Transparency & Compliance

Lyoseko Safaris Tanzania is a registered Tanzanian company and licensed tour operator operating through compliant financial structures.
